(1) Polymerization of styrene:
TBEC can be used for the polymerization reaction of styrene and styrene copolymers, with a polymerization temperature range of 100-130 degree . In bulk polymerization, TBEC is beneficial for increasing the reaction rate. In the aqueous suspension polymerization process, the use of TBEC can reduce the residual amount of styrene monomer in the final stage of the reaction.
(2) Polymerization of acrylate and methacrylate:
TBEC can be used for the polymerization reaction of acrylic or methacrylate at a temperature of 100-170 degree .
(3) Curing of thermosetting resins:
TBEC can be used for the curing of aliphatic unsaturated polyester at high temperatures. TBEC is the preferred curing agent (SMC, BMC, ZMC, etc.) for UP resin hot molding process, with a temperature range of 120-170 degree . The product has good resistance and is safe and environmentally friendly.
Keep the packaging sealed and in a well ventilated state, and store at a temperature not exceeding 25 degree . Avoid mixing with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). It is strictly prohibited to pack or use in the warehouse.
